4 Ways to Create a Successful Video on Social Media

Their mattress campaign took the world (and our social media feeds) by storm when they released their promotional videos of the “raw egg test.” The video was the perfect formula of humor, science, and sales, and watching the actors perform the raw egg test was captivating, to say the least. They literally dropped a piece of heavy glass with raw eggs attached to it, dropping it onto the mattress to illustrate exactly how the purple mattress cradles your pressure points and joints.  

But the bottom line is that video marketing can’t be successful unless you create a stellar video – so here are 4 ways to do just that:

No one will stop to watch your video unless you have a purpose behind your post. Take the time to think about why your product is different from others in your market, what makes it special, and why people need it in their lives. 2. Have an Interesting Title and Thumbnail

If you’re marketing on YouTube (which you should be), a captivating title will make or break how your video performs on the platform. No one wants to watch a video with a boring title or thumbnail, so play around with which titles work best for your audience. You can also test different titles for the same video, which can be extremely helpful in determining what works best for you, your brand, and your audience. 

3. Make Your Audio and Video Clear 

No one likes listening to audio that echoes or watching blurry videos. This is where we come in.
